Trail description

Drive past the Gschwandtkopf car park and head towards the small chapel known as the "Seekirchl", where you will find a free car parking area next to the floodlit cross-country skiing trail. The trail itself begins at the Seekirchl chapel and winds its way across snow-covered meadows in a westerly direction before completing a 180-degree turn and heading all the way back to the Seekirchl. The terrain is rolling, including a long climb of around 150 metres with gradients of up to 10%. The descent from this climb is straight and should therefore be no problem even for beginners. The return leg also includes a short but steep climb. Despite being relatively short at just 3 kilometres, this trail is suitable first and foremost for advanced beginners with a good level of fitness. Expert skiers can complete several loops. Views include the nearby Olympic Centre at the end of the pedestrianised zone in Seefeld. Highlights at the Olympic Centre include a swimming pool and sauna.
