Our lovely house is very central and sunny located at the beginning of the themed path "Route through Virgen's open fields and pastures". Within 3 minutes to the village-centre, 10 minutes walk to the outdoor swimming pool. Only 10 minutes by car to the skiing area Grossglockner Resort Kals - Matrei, the biggiest skiing area in Osttirol, and only a short hop away from the ski lift Virgen - especielly for beginners and kids.
