Linking spirituality and closeness to nature

Description

Here you can recharge your batteries at 1293 m in the middle of a picturesque alpine village and in pristine nature. The chapel on the Tiroler Adlerweg, about an hour from the Kaiserlift mountain station, captivates above all with its enchanting surroundings, its wooden shutters and the pointed wooden shingle tower exposed to the weather.

If the fresh air has made you hungry, it is worth stopping at the nearby Kaindlhütte, where homemade tin cake awaits you.

NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature

It is an impressive picture of the unity of nature, animal and man: the Marienkapelle on the Steinberg, a listed building, with the alpine pasture farmed by a group of farmers below the rugged walls of the Scheffauer. It is a taking and giving. Farmers in particular still live closely interwoven with the land and cattle today as a result of the forces of nature. We can also connect with these traditions here. Grateful for the food chain, which symbolically reaches from up here via the milk to our dining table:

Exercise

the feet - not the head - find a place for a timeless moment to quietly observe the relaxed grazing cattle up here, walking from one nutritious grassy place to the next. Pure visible relaxation!
loosen your knees, move your hands with your palms facing up in front of your body and then slowly lead them sideways in maximum deceleration.
does the gesture mean to get something or vice versa, to be able to give something?

Impulse Questions

Do I know the feeling of gratitude?
Can I express it?
To whom, when and how?
