Attraction Water mill "Islitzer Mühle"

a historical grain mill that can be experienced in action during guided tours.

Description

The historic flour mill at the Gasthof Islitzer in Hinterbichl near Prägraten am Großvenediger was restored a few years ago, but the originality was completely preserved. The roaring waters of the Dorferbach drive the large water wheel of the wheel mill.

In summer, regular guided tours (with grain milling) take place - the milled flour can then be purchased directly on site.
