Combining traditional Austrian cuisine with international delicacies in a light and exceptionally flavoursome way. Authentic culinary delights of Alpine origin are refined into dishes with a special pizzazz. Char and brown trout come fresh from the Leutasch Valley. Delicious game specialities from the Wetterstein and Karwendel. Mieminger potatoes and local meat are served alongside savoury fruit from Flaurling and mountain herbs from Mösern. It is a matter of honour that many pasta products and, of course, cake and pastry specialities from our own production are served. Sweet dessert variations - homemade, of course - will delight the palate.
