Traditional Austrian cuisine combined with international delicacies skillfully and exceptionally tasty. Authentic alpine delights are elevated to dishes with a special kick. Fresh from the Leutasch Valley come char and brook trout. From the Wetterstein and the Karwendel, wonderful game specialties. Mieminger potatoes and local meat are served as well as hearty fruits from Flaurling and mountain herbs from Mösern. It goes without saying that many pasta dishes and of course the cake and tart specialties are from in-house production . Sweet dessert variations let the palate rejoice – of course, homemade.
