Fresh from the Leutaschtal come trout and brook trout. Wonderful game specialties from the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountains. Mieminger potatoes and local meat are served alongside hearty fruit from Flaurling and mountain herbs from Mösern. Of course, many pasta dishes and the cake and pastry specialties are served from home production . Sweet dessert variations — of course homemade — make the palate rejoice.
