The bakery was established in 1825, and since then until today, all baked goods are made fresh daily with love and by hand according to old traditions.

Description

The bakery was founded around 1825 and from then until today, all baked goods are made fresh every day by hand with a lot of love and according to old tradition. Machines are only used where they can support or improve the manual work. For example, our pretzels and butter brioche braids are still individually twisted and shaped by hand. Each of our baked goods is therefore unique and each of our employees is proud of their work and their products.
