"In the lovely beautiful Luitaschtal there lies a house so dear, that every weary wanderer beholds it with great joy. And whoever has ever traversed the valley knows the fine tavern; everyone praises the hospitality and also the fine wine."

Thus reads the house motto burnt into the old paneling with which the famous Ludwig Ganghofer has immortalized himself there.

We, the Schweigl family, preserve the validity of this old saying and have made it our mission to pamper you in our restaurant and its rustic rooms or even under the old ash tree with good food, warmth, cozy atmosphere and selected wines from the old cellar vault.

"Enjoyment by the river" is the motto and known far beyond Leutasch for its good cuisine, the senior and junior chef – both dedicated to the culinary craft – ensure that preferred local products land as delightful delicacies on your table.
Nature on your plate and around the house, we look forward to seeing you! You are also welcome to charge your E-Bike with us!
