The secret of the incomparable taste of Tipotsch pastries? With the help of senior chef and master confectioner Heinz Tipotsch, our pastry chefs bake according to traditional recipes and use only high-quality ingredients such as fresh Tyrolean Alpine milk. The famous Tipotsch apple strudel is still prepared according to Grandma Loisi's original recipe and tastes of wonderful childhood memories.
