Gourmet Breakfast Buffet (7:30 am - 10:30 am)

Freshly baked bread, alpine cheese specialties, homemade jams, regional meats and sausages, egg dishes, a bio corner, and a vibrant vegetable-fruit juice bar.

Adler Late Lunch and Sweet Indulgence (2:00 pm- 5:00 pm)

Delicious soups, crunchy salads, and pastries from our in-house patisserie – accompanied by unlimited refills of coffee or tea.

Gourmet Evening Menu (6:15 pm - 8:00 pm)

Daily changing 5-course menus with vegetarian options, crunchy salads from the buffet, and a fine cheese selection from the hay milk dairy or À la carte.
