The regional cuisine shows how much a landscape shapes the people who live in it. In the Zillertal, this is as down-to-earth as it is varied and delicious. At the Natur Resort in Stumm, head chef Michael Rissbacher is able to draw on the resort's own farm and thus draw on the full range of produce.
