The hunting lounge in the boutique hotel Bergwiesenglück is one of the leading gourmet addresses in the region and has been awarded 4 toques and 17 points in Gault&Millau. Head chef René Zangerl combines local game specialties with the fine aromas of Asian cuisine to create a distinctive fusion. He places particular emphasis on regionality, quality, and craftsmanship – including his own bred quails.

A multi-course gourmet menu is served, reflecting the head chef's signature in each course. The menu is available by reservation only – therefore, an early table reservation is required.
