Check out and experience the alpine dairy production at the Karlalm after your hike from the Hainzenberg cable car.
From the end of May to September, our grandfather takes his cows and calves to the Karlalm, which is situated at 1750 metres above sea level.
Cheese (Tilsitter and mountain cheese) is produced up there in the alpine dairy throughout the summer.
