What Herbert Rist, the senior chef, started in the former Grillhof kitchen in the 1970s is continued today by his son Markus in the MARI Kitchen: “We cook with passion for people who love good food as much as we do. Our cuisine is inspired by traditional favorites, old family recipes and new cooking trends. Wherever possible, we cook with the best local produce.

We don't just invite house guests to breakfast and dinner time: Our restaurant and parlor are open to everyone.
