The Zillertal in the heart of Tyrol is a region where we live in harmony with nature. We especially appreciate the great variety that surrounds us. We strive to preserve. And because that is the case, in our kitchen we mainly use regional products and food with the shortest possible delivery routes. For example, the meat for the refined meat dishes originates from the butcher's shop of our confidence and from the farms of the schoolmates of the landlord. The culinary delights from the à la carte menu in our restaurant await not only our guests, but all visitors to the Platzlhof.
