Family holiday in the Tyrolean Oberland

Kids, pack your hiking boots! This request may be met with grumbling at first, but after the first of the many themed trails at the latest, even the youngsters will be looking forward to their hiking adventure.

  • in addition to castles and ruins, there are also numerous adventures such as canyoning, rafting, high ropes courses and special offers for young people and children.

Mountain railways in this region

These four cable cars also transport families up the mountain in summer. Little bikers will find their sporting adventure in the Goldbike Park at the Bergkastel mountain station. There are family-friendly hiking trails on the Mutzkopf and from the mountain station in Fendels. The Karlesjochbahn cable car takes families up to over 3,000 metres above sea level, where they can immerse themselves in the world of glacier ice.
