Travelling sustainably

  • Train connections via Stuttgart and Kempten as well as from Munich and Innsbruck via Garmisch-Partenkirchen lead directly to the holiday region.
  • The region is easily accessible with the Deutschlandticket via the railway stations of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Reutte in Tyrol and the six railway stations in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena (Ehrwald, Lermoos, Lähn bei Bichlbach, Bichlbach-Berwang, Bichlbach Almpkopbahn and Heiterwang).
  • With the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena guest card, guests can travel free of charge on regional hiking and summer buses (train connections not included in the guest card).
  • For e-car drivers, there is a dense network of charging stations at the cable cars and throughout the region. This means that you are always mobile, both on arrival and on site.
