How far does a frog hop, how far does a fox jump? The best way to learn is through play, which is why this research trail is particularly popular with young scientists with a keen interest in nature.
By cable car uphill, on foot downhill: The starting point of Moosle's explorer trail is the middle station of the Grubigstein cable car at 1,338 meters above sea level, from where the trail leads comfortably and steadily downhill along forest and meadow paths to Lermoos. It takes about an hour to walk, but explorers need time for their discoveries. Besides, fun and games should not be neglected!
With Moosle on the research trail you will discover the diversity and beauty of the alpine flora and fauna at Grubigstein. On the 2.5 km long explorer's path little scientists make it big. A quiz can be answered along the way- the solutions are explored at 7 stations. The path is fun and educational; the forest becomes a playground and learning area.
With the right word you can get your medal at the valley station of the Grubigstein cable car or at the tourist office Lermoos.
