Description

Start the bike route in the hamlet of Apfeldorf in St. Johann in Tirol. Follow the MTB Route 2014 up to the alpine inn Angerer Alm. The Angerer Alm is known for the very good food and of course also for the numerous wines from all over the world: With over 6,000 bottles from 400 wineries, the wine cellar is one of the best-sorted wine cellars in the Alps. The bike tour takes you further up towards Harschbichl. Shortly below the mountain station of the cable cars St. Johann in Tirol you will reach the MTB route 2016, which you follow down into the valley. Along the way you will pass alpine pastures that are all still used for agricultural purposes. With the Grander Schupf offers another stop before you get back into the valley. Through the town center of St. Johann in Tirol you ride back to the starting point.
