Description

The tour starts 200 m before Bichlbächle near a slightly uphill forest path on the left side of the Stockachbach
stream. The narrowing forest path leads across a stream. Follow the path straight ahead. The path (No. 612) leads through dense mountain pine forests in increasingly steep hairpin bends to the Bichlbächler Jöchle (1,943 m). Continue until the next junction, turn right towards Roter Stein (No. 612), from there it gets increasingly steeper and rockier up to the summit. This tour is only recommended for experienced, sure-footed hikers with a head for heights.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
●   Stay on the marked hiking trails
●   Keep your distance from grazing animals
●   Be aware of the mountain hut opening hours
●   Alpine emergency call: 140
