The hike to Hexensee Hut starts at Lazid and follows alpine trails through an impressive high-mountain landscape. The destination is the Hexensee Hut at an altitude of 2,585 metres, a rewarding stop for experienced hikers.
From the Lazidbahn mountain terminal (S301) on the vehicle track to the Scheid (S217). Just turn off behind the Scheid at the signpost (S219) onto trail no. 26. Stay on the right flank of the mountainside, ascending somewhat over some screefields to the Arrezjoch (S228). Then after an easy descent and another ascent, past the Hexensee lake (S233) to the Hexenseehütte no. 26a.
Take the bus to Serfaus and continue to the cable cars. Take the Lazidbahn to the top station, the starting point of the tour.
Parking is available at the car park at the entrance to Serfaus. From there, you can take the underground railway to the village centre or the starting point of the tour.
