Description

The hike to "Schloss im Loch" can be started either at the parking lot of Pinswang Parish Church or at the VVT bus stop "Unterpinswang Kirchweg". The trail leads through the village along the Kratzer until reaching the Earschbach. From there, the ascent to "Schloss im Loch" begins on a steep, narrow, root-infested path, partly carved into the rock, through the forest. Once the castle ruins are reached, a breathtaking view of Pinswang, Musau, and the Lech River unfolds. The return follows the same path back to the starting point.

Caution: Due to slippery conditions, it is not recommended to undertake the hike during wet weather!
