Grassy summit ridge with beautiful panoramic view.
At the church in Erpfendorf you walk passing the Berghof in the direction of Kirchdorf. On your way you will come to the Bichlbauer, who offers his farm products in his 24-hour-automat. From the Jägerbauern to the Jägeralm, you will learn interesting facts about bees and beekeepers on your hike with display boards on the Bee Information Trail. The hiking trail winds further uphill, shaded by trees. When the forest clears and you reach the alpine pasture, it is only a few minutes to the Huberalm. The traditional alpine hut at 1,050 m is managed by the owner family and offers its guests a lot of regional and homemade food. To get to the Huberhöhe, keep going in the direction of the Angerlalm. The climb up the grassy ridge requires little effort. At the mountain cross, treat yourself to a moment of peace and the fantastic panoramic view of the mountain world. On the other side of the ridge, the path leads back to the Huberalm. On the forest path you hike leisurely down into the valley. Once in the village, you can revive your tired hiking feet in the Kneipp facility before reaching your starting point at the church.
