Description

The starting point of this tour is the paid parking lot at Gleirschalm in St. Sigmund. The ascent leads to Gleirscher Fernerkogel, the highest peak in the area of the Pforzheimer Hut, which is open from mid-February to the end of April and offers a winter room. The summit of Gleirscher Fernerkogel is located at an impressive 3189 meters. The route is 5.6 kilometers long, with an ascent of 900 meters. With a moderate difficulty level, the tour offers both a physical challenge and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
