Description

The start is at the car park of the Bergbahn Scheffau. From there, take the gondola lift up to the Brandstadl; lift tickets are available directly at the cable car ticket office. Once at the top, the panorama trail begins immediately on the right and leads along a groomed hiking path. Enjoy the beautiful winter landscape and the fantastic mountain panorama. The route passes the Brandstadl summit cross and several alpine pastures before leading up to the Südhangbahn. From there, return along the same path to the gondola, which will then take you back down to the valley. For a refreshment stop, the Bergrestaurant Brandstadl is located right next to the mountain station.
