Approx. 6 minutes (by car) to the big ski resort and hiking area Zillertal Arena (Zell, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Krimml), 8 minutes to the ski Resort and hiking area Zillertal 3000 (Horberg, Mayrhofen,Finkenberg, Tux), 10 minutes to the ski resort Hochfügen-Hochzillertal (Kaltenbach,Hochfügen) and walking area Spieljoch. The ski bus en route to the Zillertal Arena stops within walking distance of our house. Cross country skiing: only a 3 minues walk to the slope.

 Via Verrata "Talbach" in proximity (about 5 min. walk) for families with children and for experienced climbers (various sectors!).
