Approx. 6 minutes (by car) to the big ski resort and hiking area Zillertal Arena (Zell, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Krimml), 8 minutes to the ski Resort and hiking area Zillertal 3000 (Horberg, Mayrhofen,Finkenberg, Tux), 10 minutes to the ski resort Hochfügen-Hochzillertal (Kaltenbach,Hochfügen) and walking area Spieljoch. The ski bus en route to the Zillertal Arena stops within walking distance of our house. Cross country skiing: only a 3 minues walk to the slope.
One of our special features: The sunny and quiet location with a wonderful view of the Alps.
Ideal starting point for cyclists, mountain-bikers (up to the Zillertal High Road), for walkers and hikers or for gently runners through the breathtaking Tyrolean scenery.. The variety of the Zillertal will also inspire you!
Via Verrata "Talbach" in proximity (about 5 min. walk) for families with children and for experienced climbers (various sectors!).
Birds twittering, silence, just the sound of small streams flowing through the forest: Close your eyes and take a deep breath - wonderful! Relax on the lawn.
