Our house welcomes you in a beautiful and quiet location in the district of Medraz, about 1.4 km from Fulpmes. In winter, as in summer, the ideal starting point for all skiing, hiking areas and other activities. The apartment is easily accessible by car all year round. The bus stop is 300 m from the house.
Our newly furnished apartment is about 65 square meters. It has underfloor heating and living room ventilation. The apartment consists of a large eat-in kitchen, 2 double rooms with box spring beds, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a SMART TV in each room. In the kitchen-cum-living room there is a sofa bed for one person that can also be used.
The apartment is equipped with an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, towels, bed linen, boot dryer and WiFi.
A covered parking space is also available.
The Stubai Super Card is included in the price from the end of May to the beginning of October with many inclusive services.
