SINUS sport adventures in St. Ulrich am Pillersee provides tuition for first-timers on skinny skis once a week as well.
There are also lots of great events going on in the Kitzbühel Alps throughout the season. St. Johann in Tirol hosts one of the largest mass-participation races in Europe: the International Tirolean Koasa Race. The Biathlon mecca of Hochfilzen in the Pillerseetal Valley also welcomes the world's best biathletes each year for the IBU Biathlon World Cup.
