The Ischgl MTB Festival is a one-of-a-kind mountain bike celebration. Undisputed highlight is Iron Bike, Europe’s toughest mountain bike marathon challenge.
Iron Bike, Europe’s toughest mountain bike marathon challenge, takes daredevil mountain bikers to the very essence of mountain biking in scenic Paznaun Valley. While the core of the event and the vibe will remain the same, Ischgl does have some tricks up its sleeve for this year again, proudly presenting the Ischgl MTB Festival, a multi-day mountain bike celebration that will include a main expo/festival, bike demos, great entertainment and a whole lot of rugged singletrack.
The Ischgl MTB Festival includes competitions like the “Ischgl Alpenhaus Trophy”, a nocturnal hill climb on an illuminated track that climbs a nasty 1,000 vertical meters to Idalp and the E-Bike Foxhunt with legendary Austrian ski jumper Andreas Goldberger. The “Iron Bike Kids & Juniors Trophy” is a race for aspiring talents.
Highlight of the festival is the legendary Ischgl Iron Bike Marathon race on Saturday, where international pros and ambitious amateurs will battle for glory and for a grand cash award. There are three fully marshalled, tough routes to choose from.
