Staging a series of nine concerts, the Evening Music events bring together a wide variety of international soloists and ensembles who will present Early Music from the Baroque era in Innsbruck.
The gamut of the Innsbruck Evening Music concert themes will run from the Renaissance to the Baroque era. They will be presenting a series of Early Music programs featuring everything from organ music over choirs to solo instruments, and each program will tell a story.
In the 2021-2022 season of the Innsbruck Evening Music concert series, the search for a piece of good luck will be in the center of attention. The concert series’ opening and closing program will feature music by Johann Sebastian Bach, performed by Concerto Stella Matutina and by harpsichord and organ player Peter Waldner, who also acts as artistic director of the series’ nine concerts.
French ensemble “Into the Winds“ will present an early Baroque dance into luck, while the Pera Ensemble will wow the audience with fascinating foreign worlds. Most important, the series of concerts are intended to bring luck and joy to the audience each night.
