Pitztal Valley is once again gearing up for the new winter season with a great winter party weekend filled with live acts, avalanche awareness workshops, guided backcountry ski tours, cross country ski clinics and free demos. The events will be celebrating winter in a truly festive fashion at Pitztal Glacier Ski Resort, at an elevation of 3,440 meters above sea level. Demo the latest gear from today’s leading names in ski, snowboard and freeride sports at the Testival Area and shake a leg to live music at Austria’s highest coffee bar, Café 3.440, named 3440 for its altitude. There, you can savour jaw-dropping views of the breathtaking surrounding glaciers and peaks at sunset on Saturday.
