Description

This Mariahilf chapel was built in 1721 and reconstructed with a bell tower in 1989 and 1990. The small chapel in Oberlochlehn provides information about its builders on a plaque: “In the year 1721, the esteemed Veith Nairz had this tablet made, in honor of the most blessed Virgin Mary. The two paintings were also made by the sons (Benedikt) Caspar Nairz and Valentin Nairz.”

Two saints adorn the chapel, St. Francis of Assisi and St. Anthony of Padua. In addition to an old crucifix, you can also find stations of the cross inside.
