Description

The start and end point of the Kaiserwald mountain bike tour is the Freizeit Arena in the center of Sölden. Facing the Freizeit Arena, start to the left and follow the Ötztal Cycle Path 11 to the roundabout. Here, take Kaiserwaldstraße to the right uphill. The 129 meters of elevation are covered almost in one go, first on a paved road to Höfle and then on a gravel road through the forest. The mountain bike tour ends in front of a narrow wooden bridge by a small waterfall and returns on the same path back to the Freizeit Arena.

For enduro fans: At the end of the gravel road, the red trail "Kaiser Trail" begins. However, this should only be explored by experienced bikers as it is a technically demanding singletrack. Following the singletrack, after crossing the Kehlerbach, you reach the Aschbach district Brand. The route goes downhill along Im Brand to the federal road B186, from where it again follows the Ötztal Cycle Path downstream to the starting point at Freizeit Arena Sölden.
