Long-distance cycle path Biking Route Munich-Venice

Cycling combines trips with sports, countries with people, nature with cultural experiences and culinary delights. Enjoyable it goes through three countries, three climate zones, alpine-Mediterranean lifestyles and five worlds of experience.

The 'Element of Water' is a constant companion in the first of these characteristic adventure sections of the long-distance cycle route' Munich Venezia' which crosses the Alps.

The focus of the second section - 'Treasure Chest of Tyrol' - is on the Tyrolean mining tradition, including numerous cultural and natural treasures along the way.

Directly behind the Brenner Pass, section three with 'Alpine-Mediterranean Attitude to Life' has been reached. South Tyrol's unique alpine landscape with the charm of the Mediterranean south can be experienced in the villages.

The fourth part of the route is dominated by the UNESCO World Heritage Site Dolomites.

On the fifth, level section - 'Gardens of Venice & Art Cities' - through the Venetian plain, cyclists dive into the flair of the world-famous lagoon city and, whoever likes it, into the sea at Jesolo.
