Description

Description:
This route delivers what it promises. The truly heavenly route starts at the idyllic Dorfer Weiher and leads through the Vil valley to the “Himmelreich” at Kienberg. In the summer months, the Allgäu Brown cattle graze on the extensive mountain meadows. The rustic Bärenmoosalpe invites you to a welcome stopover. Refreshed, the path leads through the Achtal back into the Allgäu foothills and through the village structures to the starting point of the nature bike tour.Safety guidelines:

  • Always ride at a controlled speed and according to half sight, especially around corners, as obstacles can occur at any time!

  • Be considerate of hikers and pedestrians and only overtake at walking pace!

  • Take into account the difficulty level of the route and accurately assess your experience and skills as a biker! Protect your head with a helmet and check your equipment before starting any bike ride (brakes, bell, light)!

  • Obey barriers and accept that this path is primarily intended for agricultural and forestry use! Close the pasture gates!

  • Respect nature and wildlife, do not leave the marked route, avoid riding off the open paths, and finish your bike tour before dusk. Do not leave any litter!
