From Waidring the route takes you along the bike trail 18 Kalksteinrunde towards Erpfendorf. Pass the Grießbachklamm car park and turn into Schleiffergasse. Turn left here and follow the signs to Huberalm. This ascent is a bit challenging, but under shady deciduous trees, and is rewarded with a pleasant stop at the Huberalm (closed on Monday). Return via the same route.
By bus: Bus connection from Ellmau / Kitzbühel / St. Johann i.T. / Lofer and within the PillerseeTal region. Bus stop Waidring Gemeindeamt. Free of charge with guest card. Limited bicycle transport possible.
