Familienwanderung Rabantalm
Rabantalm is situated opposite the Hochstein at the eastern end of the Lienz valley floor. The 2-hour-ascent on the more demanding footpath or 2.5 hours on the forest road will be rewarded with a magnificent view towards Lienz of the valley floor 600 metres below. On the left, the Hochstadel massif towers steeply above the flat valley floor and marks the beginning of the Lienz Dolomites. An unforgettable mountain hike to a most pristine alpine pasture, where you can get a hearty snack when the dairyman is present.
