Gasthof Sonnberg - Kohleralmhof/Spieljoch lift mid-station (Trail No. 16)
Start out from the Spieljoch valley station and proceed for a short distance on an asphalt road as far as the Hotel Waldfriede - just before the hotel, turn left uphill - first through meadows and then through woodland as you climb to the Gasthof Sonnberg. After Gasthof Sonnberg there is a short stretch of asphalt road – then walk through woodland again towards the mid-station. Near the Obergäns farmhouse the path meets the road. The last section of the trail runs on the road as far as the mid-station.
