Hut hike with beautiful views over the Reutte basin
The hike starts at the car park of the Bergwelt Hahnenkamm in Höfen. The ascent follows a forest trail and continues on a forest road along the ski slope to the Höfener Alm mountain hut. The return route first leads along a gravel path and then, in the lower section, back through the forest to the starting point.
Take regional bus line 1 to the “Wängle Holz” stop or line 110 to the “Höfen Tourismusbüro” stop. Timetables and bus stops can be found at www.vvt.at.
