Stubai Run part 3

A quick and almost flat running section in the middle of the Stubai Valley

From Kampler Lake walk along the Ruetz into the valley and then run through the main road underpass in Neder. Continue on briefly along the riverside trail, take the pedestrian bridge to the left and continue along the riverbank into the valley. The last third takes you through the village to the Neustift leisure centre; return back along the same path.
