Traveling to the Hall-Wattens Region
The Hall-Wattens region is easily accessible by train, bus, car, or airplane. Traveling by bus is particularly comfortable, as it can be used for free with the guest card from Innsbruck. By Train
The region has several train stations that can be reached depending on the train connection:
• Hall in Tirol-Thaur
• Hall in Tirol
• Volders-Baumkirchen
• Fritzens-Wattens
Good bus connections exist from all stations to the surrounding towns such as Absam, Thaur, Mils, Tulfes, Gnadenwald, and Wattenberg.
By Bus From Innsbruck, there are very good connections:
• Route 456 and 650: Innsbruck – Hall – Volders - Wattens
• Route 501 and 502 or 503 (weekend): Innsbruck – Thaur – Absam
• Route 540: Innsbruck – Tulfes – Hall

By Car
The Hall-Wattens region is well connected via the Inntal Autobahn A12.
• Exit Hall-West for Hall in Tirol, Absam, and Thaur
• Exit Hall-Center for Tulfes, Hall, Mils, and Gnadenwald, Baumkirchen, and Fritzens
• Exit Wattens for Volders, Wattens, Fritzens, Baumkirchen, and Wattenberg Paid parking options are available in all towns in the region.
By Airplane
The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, which is only about 20 minutes away from Hall-Wattens. From there, you can easily reach the region by train or bus. Alternatively, the airports in Munich, Salzburg, and Zurich are also available, which are well connected by train.
