By Train
The region has several train stations, depending on the train connections:

From all stations, there are good bus connections to surrounding places such as Absam, Thaur, Mils, Tulfes, Gnadenwald, and Wattenberg.
By Bus There are excellent connections from Innsbruck:
• Line 456 and 650: Innsbruck – Hall – Volders - Wattens
• Line 501 and 502 or 503 (Weekend): Innsbruck – Thaur – Absam
• Line 540: Innsbruck – Tulfes – Hall
