Description

Walk from the car park near the sports and leisure centre to the guild church. About 30 m above the church turn left onto the forest path and follow it until you reach the Almkopf cable car ski slope. Follow the signposts there and turn left along the ski slope, climb up the path to the forest path crossing it. Now follow this forest path constantly uphill into the clearing, where the path merges with the uphill path leading to the Heiterwanger Hochalm. From there continue in an easterly direction (approx. 30 minutes) to the panoramic Almkopf.
