Description

The mountain tour starts at the car park 2 at the end of Bichlbach direction Berwang. There, the path leads towards Berwangertal always along the brook. Immediately after the small bridge turn left into the paved, little-used road to Bichlbächle. In Bichlbächle, directly at the Gasthof Bergmandl, a path leads in the valley along the brook. At the end of the path at the small bridge, cross the stream and follow the path upwards to the Bichlbächler Alm (not managed). Now keep left, past the hut and hike on, always uphill to the Sommerbergjöchle. There follow the signpost and walk the path downhill, past the managed Gartner Alm and down to the village Obergarten. From there take the bus back to Bichlbach.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
●   Stay on the marked hiking trails
●   Keep your distance from grazing animals
●   Be aware of the mountain hut opening hours
●   Alpine emergency call: 140
