Equipment

Good equipment is essential for your hike. The following items should definitely be in your rucksack: - Food and drink - Functional clothing for rain, wind and cold - A change of clothes - Sun protection - First aid kit - Mobile phone with a full battery (Euro emergency number 112) - Hiking map or GPS - Hiking poles Nevertheless, the following applies: light luggage is also easier to carry, so you should not weigh down your rucksack with unnecessary ballast. In addition, your hiking equipment should of course also be adapted to your particular hiking tour.

Description

Good surefootedness and a head for heights required!
From the parking lot, you walk on the opposite (eastern) side of the road over a ridge with varying steepness up through the forest. You cross forest roads (sometimes the onward route is slightly offset) - the forest section is not very pronounced in places, but well marked.
From approx. 1700 m, your previously rather boring ascent becomes more scenic and interesting and is now slightly ascending overall. Your traverse far to the south through the steep slopes furrowed by stony gullies - here the terrain is partly steep and crumbly - so take care! Towards the end, your path becomes easier again, and finally you climb the summit slope, which is quite steep but not difficult.
