This challenging mountain tour’s starting point is the Karlift car park. From there follow the path over the ski slope, over a stream to the Salzhütte. At the junction turn left and follow the Rietzlersteig towards the Thanellerkar. From there the path merges into a via ferrata. Follow the red and white markings through the rocky terrain to the summit. This tour is only recommended for experienced, sure-footed hikers with a head for heights.
