Description

The hike starts in Lechaschau at the church and leads a piece along the Lech to the district of Platten in Höfen. Past the Maria Hilf chapel, the route runs through the extensive fields towards Wängle. From there the path leads past the Mooskirchle back to Lechaschau. Passing the Franzelinhaus, a former brewery, which is decorated with beautiful paintings from around 1770, you return to the starting point at the church.

Getting here

  • Arrival by public transport

    Take regional bus line 1 to the “Lechaschau Gemeindeamt” stop or line 110 or 120 to the “Reutte Fachmarktzentrum Untersteig” stop. There are a few more stops along the route that allows alternative entry- or exit points to the tour. Timetables and bus stops can be found at www.vvt.at.
