Idyllic walk near Musteralpe at Lake Plansee.
The walk starts at the car park opposite Hotel Forelle on Lake Plansee. The trail passes between the swimming area and the Sennalpe campsite before reaching the edge of the forest at the foot of the Schönjöchl. The route then follows a large figure-eight loop northwards, passing the Musteralpe mountain hut and crossing idyllic meadows. Along the way, the rustic Sennalpe offers two opportunities to stop for refreshments. The trail then follows the Torsäulenbach stream back to the starting point at the car park.
Tip: This walk is ideal to combine with a boat trip across Lake Plansee. The boat stop is located next to Hotel Forelle, right at the starting point.
