This four-day camp is designed to get ready for the looming season: Four days of development in many aspects of running technique and fundamentals—and runs along some of the stunning trails that Achensee Region has to offer.
Run your way along the shores of Achensee Lake, through rolling hills, grassy meadows, and wooded singletrack into remote valleys – Achensee Region is a perfect backdrop for you to push yourself or simply enjoy training with friends new or old. Taking place in early May 2022, the Achensee Running Camp is educational, challenging, and most importantly, fun! No matter how many times you’ve laced up, runners of all levels and experience are welcome. However, participants should be able to comfortably cover distances anywhere from 5 to 20 kilometers. Throughout your experience at the camp, you will have the opportunity to learn all about different aspects of running. These educational sessions include valuable information about training, racing strategy and tactics, sport psychology, nutrition, injury prevention, running footwear and equipment, motivation and goal setting along with video analysis. The four-day camp includes runs led by local guides that take you through some of the stunning trails that Achensee Region has to offer.
