The annual achensee-literatour festival is going from strength to strength. Tirol author Bernhard Aichner is one of the key individuals involved in starting—and organizing—this literature festival.
The festival became a regular yearly event by 2012, going from strength to strength. Now in its 13th year, Tirol-born crime author Bernhard Aichner is one of the key individuals involved in starting—and organizing—the literature festival. The festival is strongly connected to the scenic area and its people. With events taking place in unusual and weird buildings throughout the Achensee Lake Area, from hotels and ships over Alpine pasture huts to walks and hikes, the organizers of the 2024 achensee.literatour festival have a unique opportunity to match locations and themes. This year’s festival will take place from May 09 to 12, 2024.
