MTB route from Pertisau to Bärenbadalm: 6.9km with 510 metres of elevation gain through the Tristenau Valley to the mountain hut at 1,457m.
From the starting point, the route leads into the Tristenautal valley which is dominated by the Dristenkopf. At the valley end, follow the forest road on the left in the direction of Bärenbadalm. After the climb over the Hörndlgraben you will reach the Bärenbadalm (1,457 metres, serviced).

Take the regional bus (lines 8332 or 390) to the Karwendel cable car in Pertisau and get off at the "Pertisau Karwendellift" stop.
By regional bus (line 8332 or 390) or car to the Karwendel cable car in Pertisau. As you enter Pertisau, take the first road on the left uphill towards the Karwendel cable car. The cable car is approx. 750m further on the left-hand side.
